WELLWVU will visit your classroom or group meeting and deliver one of our programs upon request. Pre-planned and customized programs are also available. Program requests need to be made at least two weeks in advance. Complete the form linked below to request a program.

WELLWVU will present interactive, engaging and educational programs upon request for groups of students. We have many pre-planned programs centered on a variety of health topics.
You can request that WELLWVU come to your academic classroom or your student group/organization. We also encourage Resident Assistants to request programs for their floors and halls. See the program types listed below to learn more about the specific programs we offer.
In order to accommodate requests, WELLWVU asks that you submit your the Program Request Form with at least 2 (two) weeks notice. We may not be able to fulfill your request if submitted within a shorter time frame. Most workshops are a minimum of 45 minutes.f TIPS training is 3 hours.
