Mindful Mountaineers

The Mindful Mountaineers resource page is an effort to bring together the various mindfulness-based programs and events going on throughout the WVU campus. Ongoing drop-in meditation, yoga classes, and other mind-body programs along with special events are listed to help our community navigate the available opportunities.
