Appointments
Please bring your Mountaineer Student ID card, Insurance card, and a $15.00 service fee with you for every visit. Payment can be made by cash or check, billed to your Mounty Bounty account, or charged to your credit card or debit card.
Walk-ins are welcome, and will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. However, making an appointment will decrease the time you spend waiting to be seen and allows you to see the health care provider of your choice. Every effort is made by our staff to keep scheduled appointments on time so you can plan your time appropriately. Therefore, if you arrive late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule, allowing subsequent appointments to remain on schedule.
Appointments are necessary for allergy shots, which are given Monday through Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. No allergy injections are given on Fridays.
- Your first allergy visit, whether you are a new or returning patient, MUST be scheduled with a provider. Please allow sufficient time if you wish to receive your injection immediately following that appointment. Subsequent allergy visits should be scheduled with the nurse. Call 293-WELL (9355) to schedule your allergy visits.
