Testing Services
The Carruth Center provides a quiet, private setting for a variety of testing services.
- Aptitude and personality testing is offered to help students make major and career decisions.
- Cognitive ability testing is provided in order to diagnose ADHD and learning disabilities.
- National standardized testing, including the Journalism Qualifying Exam (JQE) and the Residual American College Test (ACT), is also available.
Journalism Qualifying Exam
The JQE will be offered twice during the Spring 2013 semester: Tuesday, February 19th 2013 from 5:30-7:30 in room 101 Clark Hall and Wednesday, February 20th 2013, 5:30-7:30 in 101 Clark Hall.
Registration is limited to 100 students each date and students can only register for ONE test date. There will be a $20 fee charged to student account. Also, students must bring #2 pencils and photo ID to take the test.
