The Carruth Center and Student Wellness and Health Promotion work together to promote optimal student mental health.
We work with the LGBTQ+ Center to train Safe Zone members and provide a sensitive environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning students at WVU.
To provide student services for WVU athletes, we work with psychologists in the Performance Psychology/Sport Psychology program. Find more information at Sport Psychology.
The WELLWVU Carruth Center Student Assistance Program and Office of Wellness and Health Promotion coordinate on campus meetings for Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous which provide services and support for students with substance abuse problems.
